Mindfulness

Improving communication through improving self-awareness/self-perception. In this effort, elements of mindfulness and non-violent communication are transferred, which is not just a technical skill, but rather aims to change awareness with more empathy and reflection - leading, among other things, to a communication characterized by respect for self and others.

The tools used are, for instance, mindfulness exercises, physical exercises, meditation, visualization, dream journeys, relaxation exercises, yoga nidra (autogenic training), experiential exercises, group discussions.

Individual sessions take place online. 

Group programs are offered in business at a suitable venue at your location.
